Depending on the case, partial or full refunds and credits will be decided and processed. But, in the end, our primary goal is to keep our customers contented always. If, in case, if you are satisfied with our product creation, we will take your suggestion into account and rectify the mistake at the earliest. Even after the product was baked and decorated correctly and you find any flavour or texture didn’t match your preferences, unfortunately, we cannot be able to refund.
